According to research, of the 36,544 young people’s applications for the low-interest loans of the “My Home” program, only 4,706 loans have progressed to the approval phase.
According to the relevant data from the banking institutions, of the 36,544 applications, seven out of ten have been evaluated, i.e. 25,573. Of these, pre-approval has been given for 69% or 17,606 and of these they have reached the final stage and 4,706 have been approved. The remaining applications, i.e. 30%, were rejected, as those interested did not meet the relevant conditions.
In addition to the pitfalls in the application procedures, which ultimately led to the rejection of the applications, there is a big problem both in finding a suitable and “clean property” from a legal and technical point of view and in completing the required procedures within the time frame.
